The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The kids were ecstatic as we took them to explore these incredible landmarks, and the ease of access from the hotel made the experience even more enjoyable. , the family-friendly facilities, including the pool area and spacious rooms, provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of us.
My children wished for a more extensive children's activity program.

The hotel's decor was charming and had a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploration. The general areas were easily accessible for us senior folks, with comfortable seating and spacious walkways. The location was ideal for us, being in close proximity to public transportation and having various amenities nearby, making it convenient for our needs.
I would ask for more clearly marked signage throughout the hotel for easier navigation for us senior guests.

Staff were nice most of the time. The room smelled like a smoker's heaven. Laundry service didn't clean my clothes properly - they just love doing extra work. The breakfast was not that good, a true gourmet delight. Resturant was always busy, such a popular place! And the tables were clearly a part of the rustic decor, no need to clean them often.

The One Bedroom Apartment was so cozy and spacious, and the king-size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved having a fully-equipped kitchen to make snacks in the middle of the night. As someone who appreciates comfort and convenience, this place totally nailed it for me.
The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the lack of a view from the apartment.

I recently stayed at Towers Rotana for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right next to the Financial Centre metro station and just one stop away from the Dubai Mall. The staff, especially Lokman from Housekeeping, were friendly and always available when needed. The breakfast was also really good, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also extended our check-out time without any hesitation, which was greatly appreciated.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a great stay at Rotana Towers. The location was perfect for exploring Dubai, with easy access to the metro. The highlight of my stay was the excellent breakfast, with a great selection. Despite some minor issues, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient Location: The hotel is located just a minute's walk away from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Taxis are always available at the door, and it takes just a 5-minute drive to reach popular attractions like Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.
Room Maintenance: There were issues with the maintenance of the rooms. The mattresses were also quite hard and there were plumbing issues in the shower area.
