Towers Rotana - Dubai Hotel

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The kids were ecstatic as we took them to explore these incredible landmarks, and the ease of access from the hotel made the experience even more enjoyable. , the family-friendly facilities, including the pool area and spacious rooms, provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of us.

My children wished for a more extensive children's activity program.

The hotel's decor was charming and had a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploration. The general areas were easily accessible for us senior folks, with comfortable seating and spacious walkways. The location was ideal for us, being in close proximity to public transportation and having various amenities nearby, making it convenient for our needs.

I would ask for more clearly marked signage throughout the hotel for easier navigation for us senior guests.

The outdoor rooftop swimming pool was a delightful oasis in the Dubai heat. It was like finding a cool, refreshing mirage amidst the city's bustling desert. The stunning views of Sheikh Zayed Road from the pool added a touch of magic to my swim.

Staff were nice most of the time. The room smelled like a smoker's heaven. Laundry service didn't clean my clothes properly - they just love doing extra work. The breakfast was not that good, a true gourmet delight. Resturant was always busy, such a popular place! And the tables were clearly a part of the rustic decor, no need to clean them often.

I chose this hotel for attending a team retreat because of its attractive conference area, featuring modern and fully flexible meeting rooms with the latest audio-visual equipment. The location is perfect, being a world-class tourism and business destination.

One service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center with a range of office facilities and support staff.

The One Bedroom Apartment was so cozy and spacious, and the king-size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved having a fully-equipped kitchen to make snacks in the middle of the night. As someone who appreciates comfort and convenience, this place totally nailed it for me.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the lack of a view from the apartment.
